Common questions
- How do I restore Tipset Pro?
- Open Settings in Tipset and tap Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple Account you bought Tipset Pro with.
- What counts as one of my free scans?
- A scan only counts once you use the amount it found and it's added to the bill. Retakes, failed reads and cancelled scans don't count. Typing a bill is always free.
- Does Tipset need an internet connection?
- Tip calculations and receipt scanning happen on your device and don't need a PatrickWS server. Buying or restoring Tipset Pro, and some other Apple services, may need an internet connection.
- How do I request a refund?
- Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
